Rick Cross
Founder
After a life-changing trip to Uganda in 2008, Rick wanted to make a difference in the world. The result was founding Hands of Hope Missions with his wife and biggest encourager, Wendi. Rick has 5 amazing children and everything he does is for them.

Wendi Cross
Co-Founder
Wendi is the love and prayers behind Hands of Hope Missions. She has given of herself wholeheartedly to support the goals of the team. She is working tirelessly on our fundraising efforts and is the go-to gal for anything financial. Wife to Rick, Wendi is mother to five wonderful kids, including her newest son that she and Rick adopted from Ethiopia.

Will Cross
Public Relations
Will has had a heart for missions for the past 10 years and is excited to find partners who have that same passion. As the Public Relations specialist for Hands of Hope Missions, Will is our voice and the "go-to guy" when it comes to sharing our vision. He is madly in love with his wife Angelica and his5 children.

Angelica Cross
Communications Secretary
Hailed by Wendi as "the most organized person I have ever met," Angelica fits right in with her position at Hands of Hope Missions as the Communications Secretary. Her ability to navigate through all the paperwork involved in running this ministry is a force to be reckoned with, and we are so glad she is on our team! Angelica is also known to many as the "better half" of Will and Angelica and mother to five incredible children.

Jessie Baldwin
Photographer, Web Designer
Jessie joined Hands of Hope Missions on their March 2010 trip to Africa to document their journey. She came back with a renewed spirit, a changed heart, and a passion for the children of Africa. Jessie's creative mind and great photos made her a perfect candidate for the website design. She loves chocolate, her husband Rick, and her two silly children.

Gerald "Uncle G" Delacruz
Youth Coordinator
With his boundless energy and gift of music, Gerald is able to reach youth wherever he goes. Nicknamed "Uncle G" by those who know him, he is eager to go wherever God sends him. If he's not carrying a drum, Gerald will still find a way to make music, as it seems to flow from his very soul. He has a desire for Jesus, a deep abiding love for his wife, and a passion for his 4 children.

Stephanie Delacruz

Stephanie is a beautiful mother, friend, and wife. She works hard inside and outside of her home to provide a life of love and joy to her family. Her adventurous personality and faith in “big” things has spurred Gerald on to accomplish much of God’s call on his life. Stephanie is the backbone of their home and a beautiful example of unconditional love.

Kathy Roberts

If one was able to bottle up energy and sell it, we could makes millions off of Kathy. She can accomplish and successfully complete any task given, plus some! Her generous spirit and her ability to “give much” have allowed our ministry to actively become who we are today. Kathy has a contagious smile and can usually be found encouraging, playing with, and spending time with her 8 grandchildren or playing golf with husband, Steve. We can count on her for anything!

Estella can be described as dependable and efficient. Her attention to detail and her ideas are held with high regard. She is good at gathering support and sharing the goals and vision of our team and ministry. Estella enjoys her beautiful grandchildren and she also enjoys traveling. We can always count on Estella for delicious baked goods and yummy treats! She can cook!!!!

Angela Sagaral

Angela is full of joy and always eager to participate. She can take a fundraising idea and make it a reality by putting her heart and soul into the efforts. Angela works full-time outside of her home and always uses the time in her home to bless her 3 children and her husband, Jay. Her strength of hospitality does not go unnoticed and we are blessed by her generosity.

Emmanuel
Guide and Driver
Emmanuel is our most loyal friend and brother from Uganda! He loves our team and he dedicates 100% of his time and efforts to meet all of our needs while on mission in Uganda. Emmanuel is hired as our “professional driver”, but he goes beyond that duty and becomes our body guard, protector, business man, barterer, and wisdom while in Africa. Emmanuel believes in the call on this team and it is proven when he too worships, gives generously, and loves on the street kids as though that is what he was hired to do. We trust Emmanuel with our individual lives, as well as the well-being and “life” of this foundation!
