9 years old, was found in a bag at the garbage dump where her father threw her after her mother died when she was 3 years old. She was then raised by a stranger until her aunt found her and took her in. Eventually, though, her auntie’s husband threatened to kill Gloria, because she was eating food his children could be eating, so her auntie asked for help on a Christian radio program. Noah, the “uncle” at Redeemer House, responded, and has adopted Gloria as his daughter. She is HIV+, takes daily medication, craves attention, and is very social. She lives with Noah’s mother, Mama Miracle, and comes to Redeemer House for lunch each school day. She wants to be a pastor or a doctor when she grows up.
