Eugene
a 17 year-old orphan infected with AIDS, alone with no one to provide meals or medical care…until he met the people of Redeemer House. He is now eating three meals a day, getting help with his medical care, taking vitamins – and looking good! In return, they are seeing a new Eugene – one who smiles easily, laughs often, loves to draw cartoons, and enjoys helping the younger children with their studies. Ever since he heard Mama Kathy singing “He’s Got the Whole World in His Hands”, he smiles and starts singing it when he sees her. He has found a place to belong, where he is loved! (Eugene doesn’t live at Redeemer House, as none of the children of Redeemer House have HIV/AIDS.) He needs a sponsor for “meals and medical care.” We are asking for the same amount of $22 per month to help meet his immediate needs.
